Your Book page at /book is where prospects go to schedule a call. It typically contains a brief intro, your scheduling tool embedded or linked, and a CTA. Getting this page right directly affects how many discovery calls you book.
Finsites supports embedding or linking to any scheduling tool — Calendly, Acuity, HoneyBook, and others.
Option 1 — Embed your scheduler (recommended)
Embedding shows the scheduler directly on the page without the visitor leaving your site.
- Get your embed code from your scheduling tool (in Calendly: Share → Embed → Inline)
- In Webflow, open the Book page in the Designer
- Find the embed element and paste your embed code
- Publish
Option 2 — Link to your scheduler
If you prefer a link:
- Copy your scheduling link from your tool
- Open the Book page in the Webflow Editor
- Click the booking button and update the URL to your scheduling link
- Publish
What to customise on the page
| Element | What to change |
|---|
| Heading | Replace the default with something like “Schedule your free discovery call” |
| Subheading | A sentence about what to expect on the call — duration, format, no obligation |
| CTA button text | ”Book a call”, “Schedule now”, “Reserve your spot” |
| Any introductory text | Should reflect your firm’s tone and what the prospect will get |
Keep the Book page copy short. Visitors who reach this page are already interested — don’t talk them out of it. One heading, one sentence, and the scheduler is enough.
Updating the CTA button on other pages
Every page on your site has a CTA button that links to the Book page. Once your Book page is set up, make sure all those buttons link to /book and use consistent language.
