Your reviews page at /reviews displays every published review from your CMS as a grid of cards. It’s one of the highest-credibility pages on your site — prospects often check it before booking.

What’s on the page

  • A hero heading and subheading at the top
  • A featured review slot (a single manually-chosen review displayed prominently)
  • The full review grid (all published reviews, automatic)
  • A CTA section before the footer

What to update before going live

Hero text

The default headline reads “Hear from 100+ happy small business owners in Boise, Idaho” — this is demo copy and must be rewritten. To edit it:
  1. Open your site in the Webflow Editor
  2. Click the headline text on the Reviews page
  3. Update it to reflect your actual client base and location — e.g. “What our clients in Austin, TX say about working with us”
There’s a single review card displayed above the main grid. This is placed manually (not automatic). To update it:
  1. Open the Webflow Editor
  2. Click the featured review card
  3. Update the text fields — client name, quote, location, and disclaimer
Choose your most compelling review for the featured slot — ideally one with a specific outcome or strong emotional resonance. This is the first review most visitors read.

How the review grid works

The grid below the featured slot is fully automatic. Every review you publish in the CMS appears here. There’s no limit to how many reviews you can have. Reviews appear in the order they were added to the CMS. There’s no built-in way to sort or filter them — if you want to control the order or add filtering, contact Finsites support.

Long-form case study pages

If a review has the Extended case study field filled in, its card in the grid links to a dedicated page at /reviews/[client-name]. This page shows the full narrative. For reviews without a case study, the card is not clickable by default. How to add a case study to a review →
