Google reviews don’t sync to your site automatically — you add them manually to the Reviews CMS. Here’s how.
1

Find the review on Google

Open your Google Business Profile and go to your reviews. Find the review you want to add to your site.
2

Copy the key details

Note down:
  • The reviewer’s name
  • Their review text (the quote)
  • Star rating
  • Date posted (optional)
  • Their location if shown
3

Open CMS → Reviews in Webflow

Go to Webflow → CMS → Reviews → Add item.
4

Fill in the fields

FieldWhat to enter
Client nameTheir name from Google
LocationTheir city/state if shown, otherwise leave blank
Review textTheir review, copied as written
RatingTheir star rating (1–5)
DateWhen they posted it (optional)
DisclaimerRequired — enter your compliance-approved testimonial disclaimer

Save & publish

The review appears in your reviews grid.
Always fill in the Disclaimer field, even for Google reviews imported to your site. Your site’s compliance requirements apply regardless of where the review originally came from.
Don’t edit the reviewer’s words when copying — quote them exactly as written. Editing a client’s quote could create compliance issues and misrepresent their experience.
