What’s included in your plan

Finsites support covers:
  • Questions about how to use the CMS and update content
  • Fixes for issues introduced by the template itself
  • Guidance on the features and modules described in this documentation
  • Minor copy and configuration changes during onboarding

What’s out of scope

The following require a separate project quote:
  • New pages or sections not in your original template
  • Custom functionality or integrations
  • Design changes beyond your brand’s colour and font settings
  • SEO campaigns or content writing

Tips for faster support

The more detail you give, the faster we can help:
  • Link to the page — share the URL of the page where you’re seeing the issue
  • Screenshot — a picture is worth a thousand words
  • Describe what you expected vs what you’re seeing — “I expected the photo to appear but it’s showing a grey box”
  • What you’ve already tried — saves back-and-forth

Response times

We aim to respond within one business day. Complex requests may take longer — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
