Open CMS → Team members

Log in to Webflow, go to your project, click CMSTeam members.
3

Click 'Add item'

A form panel opens on the right.
4

Fill in the Name field first

The name drives the URL slug. “Sarah Chen” becomes /team/sarah-chen. Make sure it’s spelled correctly.
5

Fill in the remaining fields

Work through all the fields. Don’t skip Bio summary — it’s used as the SEO description for their bio page.Full field guide →
6

Upload both photos

Click the Picture (full) field and upload the portrait photo. Then click Picture (square) and upload the headshot. Both are needed.
7

Click 'Save & publish'

The team member appears on the About page team grid and their bio page is live at /team/[their-name].
After publishing, visit /team/[their-name] on your site to confirm everything looks right — bio renders correctly, photos show, social links work.
